Leila Sanaei Pour
Conceptual artist, Painter, Children’s creativity and art teacher
Biography:
Leila Sanaeipour is an Iranian artist born in Tehran in the year of the Iranian revolution in 1978. She graduated from the Tehran Islamic Azad University in 2000.
Her multidisciplinary work, which includes painting, installation and costume design, presents themes such as freedom of expression and women’s rights. She describes her work as a level of perception of the individual in an oppressed society, as it questions the way in which we both consciously and unconsciously express ourselves by Observing and responding to unconscious, psychological pains and problems.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in painting, Islamic Azad University Tehran, 2000
Master’s degree in philosophy of art, Art University Tehran, 2008.

– Author of two creative teaching books and a six-volume collection aimed at indirectly introducing the history of modern art and its style owners to children.
