The installation “Voices of Southern Iranian Women” is dedicated to folk music containing women’s stories, which are transmitted from one to another. In the installation, the women and girls of southern Iran who are still playing are depicted. Despite their dwindling numbers, I decided to go for them. They have started to play with people of different opinions in the atmosphere of the city where they live.
